What is the difference between carpet shampooing and steam cleaning?
Shampooing uses a soapy detergent and a rotary machine to scrub the fibers—ideal for heavily soiled areas. Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) injects hot water and then immediately vacuums it up, which is better for deep cleaning and rinsing out detergent residue.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Under normal conditions, commercial glue-down carpets take about 4 to 8 hours to dry completely. We use high-velocity air movers to speed up this process.
Can you guarantee all stains will come out?
While we have an excellent track record with commercial stains (coffee, ink, grease), some substances cause permanent dye change to the carpet fibers. We will notify you if a spot is a permanent stain.
