Our Services
C&S provides commercial cleaning services — including janitorial, floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, post-construction cleanup, medical-facility cleaning, and sanitization — to businesses in New Jersey. The specific scope, frequency, and price of any service are defined in the written quote or agreement we provide for your property.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and the scope agreed during a walkthrough. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual conditions, square footage, or scope of work differ materially from what was described. A quote is not a binding contract until both parties confirm the scope and start date.
Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned at the scheduled times. We will make every effort to keep to the agreed schedule; if we need to reschedule due to weather, staffing, or circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you as early as possible.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. We reserve the right to pause service on accounts that remain past due after reasonable notice.
Cancellation
We do not require long-term contracts. Either party may cancel ongoing service with reasonable written notice as set out in your agreement. One-time and scheduled jobs cancelled on short notice may be subject to a fee to cover crews already committed to your job.
Insurance & Liability
C&S carries general liability and workers’ compensation coverage. We take care to protect your property, and our crews are background-checked, insured, and bonded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, ordinary wear, or issues you do not report to us within a reasonable time.
Satisfaction
If any part of a completed job does not meet the agreed scope, contact us promptly and we will return to correct it. We stand behind our work and prefer to make it right rather than debate it.

The content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by C&S Commercial Cleaning and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
